The prices of apartments in Cala Liberotto are:
 
 
Prices are inclusive of all services. (Water, electricity, gas, Washing machine in common with the other apartments)
 
We rent from 01 to 15 and from 15 to 29 of every Month

Month of February € 250 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of March € 250 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of April € 350 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of May € 500 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of June € 550 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of July € 850 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of August € 950 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of September 1 to 15 (of the month) € 550 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
From September 15 to 30 (of the month) € 500 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning

 
Month of October € 350 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning
Month of November € 250 per week plus € 75 for final cleaning. We only rent for short stays or Weeks

To make a reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The deposit is not refundable.

Payments can be made by postal order or bank transfer.


Document registration is immediate.

Rooms must be left by 10:00 on the day of departure and will be occupied from 13:00 on the day of arrival.
